These PC based systems, running high level VMC application software, test vehicle components such as transmissions, engines, hydraulics and electrical components, or entire vehicles, comparing performance against specifications, and delivering this information to the enterprise's databases. Three form factors are available: as a VMC-MobileWorkStation™ for the factory or shop floor, in Laptop form, for mobile testing, and with VMC's wireless link for Remote Testing.

VMC produces equipment testing (ETS) systems for assembly line test cells for automotive, or heavy equipment type manufacturing. We offer testing solutions for these equipment manufacturers that allow them to do a quality or performance audit on their product, or to assist in assembly setup. These testing solutions range from software to PCs to PC based data acquisition and control hardware, to specialty measurement or control modules, to turn key test cells. VMC test systems can be used to test pumps, valves, subassemblies, partial vehicles, cabs and harness assemblies, engines, transmissions, and full dynamometers at the end of the assembly line. We also offer mobile testing solutions for the test track, or remote testing for field follow applications.
